A Greenville native, Nikki became hooked on yoga after she took her first yoga class in 2005. Over the years, her yoga practice has helped Nikki embrace the fact that she is an imperfect person, trying to find balance, peace, strength, and self-love -- not perfection (on and off the mat). Nikki became a certified RYT200 yoga instructor in 2010 through Yoga Alliance, and feels passionate about teaching students the postures, breath, and connection that keeps bringing her back to her own mat.
