Sarah Primeau

Yoga found Sarah Oliver back in 2004 when training and racing for endurance sports began to cause wear and tear injuries on a consistent basis. Once she landed on a yoga mat, she quickly learned to fully appreciate the mind, body and soul connection that only yoga seemed to be able to provide. In 2008, she received her 500 Hour Yoga Alliance certification through Sunstone Yoga in Dallas, TX and has been teaching and continually learning ever since. Encouraging and enabling others to live a healthy lifestyle, Sarah is also certified in Itsy Bitsy Yoga ©, SPINNING©, and STOTT© Pilates. Her ultimate intention for each class is to enable students to take their yoga practice with them out into the world beyond their mats.

Sarah Primeau instructs the following:

Learn to strengthen your spine, core, and overall body through the practice and introduction to Pilates. Then we will test it. We will use Pilates exercises to prep the body for advancing specific yoga poses. We dare you to see what this Pilates thing is all about!
