Wednesday enjoyed a long, fulfilling career as a stay at home mom but had always enjoyed fitness. When her children were grown, becoming a yoga instructor was an obvious choice for her. Yoga offers her calmness in her mind as well as strength in her body. She also enjoys running, healthy cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

Southern Flow is a flowing series of sun salutations, lunges, twists, balance postures, backbends, core strengthening, hip openers and inversions often referred to as Power Yoga. Designed to build core strength and flexibility while still maintaining focus on a meditative practice.
Deep Southern Flow
A conscious sequence of Yoga postures held for longer periods of time, challenging students with awareness to find their “edge” in body, breath and mindfulness. Develops strength, endurance and concentration.
Power Hour is an abbreviated version of the 90 minute Southern Flow Hot Yoga class designed to build core strength and flexibility. (with less rest breaks)
