Teri began yoga out of necessity! Her hamstrings were tight from playing racquetball regularly and she knew that a few simple stretches wasn't going to do trick for her. She began experimenting with all kinds of yoga classes, such as restorative, power, flow and HOT YOGA. Hot yoga is one of her most favorite activities. For Teri, hot yoga is an ideal form of expression for relaxation, stretching and an overall mentality that it does the body good.
Teri began teaching yoga several years ago to deepen her practice and learned tools to create inspiring vinyasa yoga classes grounded in proper alignment and the safety of exercise science.
