Learn how to undo the stress and activity of everyday life, often found lodged in the tightness of our hips! This workshop will delve deeply into opening the hip area. Practice starts with a mindful flow to warm up the body, then moves into a series of hip openers where we will spend time breaking down and exploring the deeper postures.
The hips cannot be forced or cracked open, but with a patient approach, and consistency, the hips will release and open like a blooming flower!
