Hot Yoga for Self while helping Others!
As we continue our SOAR acronym this year we want to define that A is for aspiration. First what is an aspiration? It is a hope or ambition of achieving something.
One of our aspirations is to help those in need.
This week we are sharing with you a powerful way that we are combining hot yoga for self with a dose of caring about others!
Next Friday, January 31st, Southern Om Hot Yoga is donating all money earned from our two community classes to The Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation. We are aspiring to raise $1000.
All the money goes to help with water, food, clothing and so much more for the many vicitms of the LA Wildfire.
You can sign up for the 5pm class at our West End location with Caron here or the 7:15pm class at our Woodruff Road location with Evan here and your class fee will be directly donated.
If you cannot make the class but feel called to donate you can click here and we truly appreciate you support.
We recognize the importance of philanthropy and know how a sense of giving back to help others is a cornerstone of any truly successful business.
We are so grateful to be your oasis in a busy day and truly appreciate your support of our aspiration to help others in need.
At the heart of Yoga is service and we are honored to serve our community and help others at the same time.
See you on the mat.
