Welcome to Southern Om!


We are glad you discovered us!  It is our hope that our studio will offer everyone an opportunity to find a path of health and wellbeing in life.  We offer two styles of hot yoga, accessible for yogis at all levels, designed to make you sweat!  Our classes will challenge you, inspire you and leave you feeling that anything is possible.  We offer over 40 classes a week, 7 days a week, at times convenient to you.  

Our community is passionate about yoga and your health and wellness and is dedicated to giving you an amazing studio experience.  After class, we invite you to enjoy our spacious locker rooms, with amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hairdryers - so you can continue on with your day.  We have Greenville's largest selection of yoga and athletic wear with new items arriving each week.   And we offer a lending library, sharing our favorite books on health and nutrition.  Located adjacent to Whole Foods Market, there is no better place to practice yoga and shop healthy.

40 Days Can Change Your Life

We invite you to join the 40 Days journey here at Southern Om!  Using Baron Baptiste's 40 Days to Personal Revolution as a blueprint, we will help you develop a regular yoga and meditation practice and create new healthy eating habits.  Led by certified yoga teachers Lindsay Moore and Sarah Beattie, both of whom share a passion for healthy eating and are trained in Baptiste yoga, you will embark on a transformation of body, mind and soul.

This program offers 6 weekly group meetings plus Celebration Sunday at the conclusion of the program. During these meetings, you will work through personal excavation questions from the book, participate in group share activities, practice yoga and meditate.  We meet from 1:30-3 starting February 7.
