Harmonizing the Emotions through the Heart of Yoga and Essential oils with Erick Herlong at Southern Om West End Sat, Jan 19, 2019 at 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
By Harnessing the ancient wisdom of yoga with the healing properties of plant medicine we will begin to create personal practices geared towards helping you learn to navigate through life’s challenges. This journey will enable you to ride the wave of your emotions without being overwhelmed by them. We will introduce you to the Heart of Yoga asana practice while incorporating essential oils designed to bring balance to your emotional body.

Workshop will include discussion, mindful movement (asana) with breath, developing personal devotional practices and Q/A.

Class will be led by Erick Herlong and Andrea Arledge.

Erick is Yoga Alliance certified, (230 RYT) through the Asheville Yoga Center teacher training program. He is currently working towards a 500 hour certification through Asheville Yoga Center. I practice mindfulness and meditation in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hahn and received the transmission of the 5 Mindfulness Trainings in Sept of 2013.

Andrea is a nurse, yoga instructor, reiki master, essential oil specialists and works extensively with stone medicine.

Cost is $30. Bring a mat, towel and water. No experience needed.

Kimberly has also decades of business development experience professionally in the wellness industry.

She is currently the Director of Business Development for the beautiful Art of Living Retreat Center and award winning Shankara Ayurveda Spa in Boone, NC.
